It says at the top "Schema huius praemissae diuisionis Sphaerarum"
These are the celestial orbs (not a strict Ptolemaic system) as drawn in Peter Apian's Cosmographia (Antwerp, 1539).--Fastfission 23:04, 28 December 2005 (UTC)
